Marion Young Eagles - EAA Chapter 33

  

Civil Air Patrol cadets and EAA Young eagles share a day of aviation and fun

  

Marion, IA - The Civil Air Patrol 78th East Iowa Cadet Squadron participated in the Marion Young Eagles day with the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 33. The Young Eagles program gives young people, ages 8 - 17, an opportunity to go flying in a general aviation airplane offered free of charge and are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers.

Young Eagles share our cadets interest in aviation and this was a great opportunity to learn more about these two programs and their positive impact in our community´s youth.
